Welcome to VirtueBands! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of virtuebands.com (“Site”) and purchases of VirtueBands wristbands, including Virtue single bands, Core Stack, and Harmony Stack etc.(“Products”). By accessing our Site or buying Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
  • Permitted Use: Use the Site only for lawful purposes and to shop our Products—don’t misuse it (e.g., hacking, spamming).
  • Account: Create an account to shop—keep your login secure and don’t share it.

2. Product Purchases

  • Orders: We reserve the right to accept or reject orders. Prices (Single bands $2.99, Core Stack $15, Harmony Stack $25) may change without notice.
  • Payment: Pay via Shopify Payments or approved methods—orders ship only after payment clears.
  • Availability: Products are subject to stock—sold-out items may delay or cancel orders (we’ll notify you).

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: VirtueBands, our logo, and “Stack Your Virtues” are ours—don’t copy or use them without permission.
  • License: You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Site for shopping—no other rights are given.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • See our Refund Policy (#) for details on returns—unused Products can be returned within 30 days (link to policy).

5. Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is: Products are sold “as is”—we don’t guarantee they’ll meet all expectations beyond their description.
  • Damages: VirtueBands isn’t liable for indirect damages from using our Site or Products—our liability caps at your purchase amount.

6. User Conduct

  • Content: Don’t post harmful, illegal, or misleading content (e.g., reviews)—we can remove it.
  • Respect: Don’t interfere with the Site or others’ use (e.g., no bots).

7. Termination

  • We can suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms—no refunds for misuse-related cancellations.

  • These Terms follow Florida laws—disputes are resolved there.
