VirtueBands Refund Policy

At VirtueBands, we want you to love stacking your virtues with our wristbands. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Here’s our refund policy:

Returns

  • Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Process: Contact us at support@virtuebands.com with your order number to start a return. We’ll provide a return address—ship it back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds cover the original item cost (excluding shipping fees).
  • Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving returned items.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom items, damaged, or used wristbands aren’t eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
  • Defects: For faulty items, contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund.
