At VirtueBands, we strive to deliver your virtue wristbands quickly and reliably. Here’s how shipping works when you shop at virtuebands.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders have free shopping.(currently only shipping inside the United States).
  • Bulk orders: For bulk orders please contact customersupport@virtuebands.us

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days via USPS or similar carriers, depending on your location.
  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination—customs delays may apply.
  • Note: Times are estimates—weather, holidays, or carrier issues may affect delivery.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship to the U.S. and select international destinations. Check availability at checkout—contact support@virtuebands.com if your country isn’t listed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost: If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 business days of shipping (30 for international), email us with your order number—we’ll investigate.
  • Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items—we’ll replace them (see Refund Policy).

Address Accuracy

  • You’re responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We’re not liable for delays or losses due to errors—double-check before checkout!

  • We may update shipping rates or carriers—check here for the latest info.
